Basic information on data processing and legal basis
This privacy policy explains the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on our website. It applies regardless of the domains, systems, platforms and devices (e.g. desktop or mobile) used to run this website.

The legal basis for data protection is stated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • 6 para. 1 lit. a. and Art. 7 GDPR (legal basis for consent)/li>
  • 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR (legal basis for processing for the performance of my contract and implementation of contractual measures)
  • 6 para. 1 lit. c. GDPR (legal basis for processing for compliance with legal obligations)
  • 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR (legal basis for processing to protect vital interests)

Access data, server log files and security

We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the state of the art. Data is transmitted between your browser and our server in encrypted form (using SSL/TLS, recognizable by the preceding https:// and the green lock symbol in the browser line).

We (or our web space provider) collect data about every access to our website (so-called server log files).

The access data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The log data is only used for statistical evaluations, for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the website. However, we reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.

Dealing with personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes name, e‑mail address or telephone number. However, personal data also includes data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites someone has viewed.

Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by us if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the collection of data..

Cookies

Cookies are small files that enable to store specific, device-related information on the user’s access device (e.g. PC, smartphone). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data).

On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on website usage and to analyze it in order to improve the offer. Users can determine the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the ease of use are restricted without cookies.

The website does not use any cookies.

You can object to the use of cookies for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the following pages:

Contacting Us

When you contact us (e.g. by e‑mail), we store your details in order to process the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Integration of third-party services and content

Third-party services and content are integrated within our website in order to safeguard our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the optimization and economic operation of my online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). This always presupposes that the providers of this content are aware of the IP address of the users; otherwise they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform users accordingly.
Please find below an overview of third-party providers whose services we have integrated, as well as their content and links to their privacy policies, which contain further information on the processing of data and opt-out options:

  • • Java Script: External Code of JavaScript-Frame¬work “jQuery”, provided by jQuery Foun¬da-tion: https://jquery.org

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates/strong>

You have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you at any time and free of charge. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete your personal data insofar as this does not conflict with any statutory retention obligation. You can also revoke your consent at any time, generally with effect for the future.
We ask you to inform yourself regularly about the content of this privacy policy. We reserve the right to amend it in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or in the event of changes to the service and data processing.
